We most certainly can, via a third party courier in flat pack. Visit our shop page to get a shipping quote. We invoice for the shipping cost once the planters are ready for dispatch. Check out our terms and conditions section as well for more details. For large orders (3 or more), please get in touch with us as you may be eligible for a shipping discount.

We do this for transparency. We mainly engage Couriers Pls and Aramex for shipping our planters because of nationwide reach and affordability. 

• Majority of our boxes arrive within 2-7 days from shed pick up. For regional areas, pls allow up 10-14 days for delivery. Pls also note that the couriers are third party contractors so any delays in the shipment is out of our control.
• For any delay, pls follow up via the Transdirect tracking link that was sent to your email at the time of booking (scroll down to the bottom).

Yes, tracking is included in the courier booking.
If you do not receive email confirmation of courier booking:

• Pls confirm that your email is correct and working.
• The confirmation and tracking link (including link to follow up) will be forwarded via email only .

This can be arranged in line with current relevant COVID-19 restrictions. Please get in touch with us to make the arrangements. 

We make our planter boxes to orders so please allow 2-3 wks before dispatch.

We offer several variations:

• leave out cross panel
• level the top and place a cover
• add horizontal grooves on top and bottom panels
• cut the legs

Our planter boxes are made of structural pine and A-bonded plywood with galvanised screws.

Each of the posts is ~40-43mm thick.

Each panel is ~20-25mm thick.

We recommend adequately painting (exterior paint) and sealing (oil based polyurethane) your planter box (including bottom of legs) if you are going to leave them outside. 

No. We currently do not alter our planter box sizes due to constraints in shipping and potential compromise in the look (size proportions) of the box.

No. We do not offer any painted planter boxes at the moment.

We advise against this because they are designed to hold pots. The bottom side consists of horizontal slats.

The shipping cost includes tracking and transit insurance. For any delays, please contact Transdirect support via the Tracking link supplied via email in your confirmation courier booking.

For any damage while in transit, pls promptly take photos of inside and outside of packing box and the damage in the planters, send it to us and we can make arrangements for a replacement or relevant refund as soon as possible.
